APG Investments in Asia was scaling rapidly and wanted a consistent, repeatable hiring process. Bravo designed and embedded a scalable talent acquisition framework, giving hiring managers a clear system to work from and reducing reliance on external agencies.
Interview & hiring capability
Societe Generale and HSBC wanted sharper, more consistent hiring decisions across large management populations. Bravo built and delivered behavioural interview skills training to more than 500 managers across both organisations, lifting interview quality and decision consistency across both banks.
